Zenefits Tracking Order Status

Zenefits has been a great partner for 6+ years helping our team grow in size and geography. It makes payroll simple and syncs with benefits, pto, hiring and roster.

Zenefits is one of the WORST systems I have ever used in HR. It is NOT intuitive. There are little to no customization options. The majority of processes are manual. Reporting is very inaccurate. Creating detailed custom reports is a nightmare. They don't have a data migration option, so if you're merging companies or changing from a different system to Zenefits, good luck. Our Account Manager is rarely helpful and lacks customer service skills.

Zenefits has been an excellent platform. This year I did have a few challenges with setting up vacation rules and it was difficult to reach a live agent as you have to go through several screens to get to the point where they will connect you with an agent. At that point the agent was very helpful and assisted me with great professionalism!

We used to use an accounting firm for our payroll, and the experience has been so much easier once we moved it in-house to using Zenefits. It's also made our onboarding processes so much more efficient for new staff and contractors. We have fewer payroll errors and spend so much less time dealing with documents, email attachments, etc. for new staff onboarding. The amount of time I've saved has far exceeded the expense to add Zenefits to our organization.

Using this payroll system has been user friendly and easy to learn and maneuver. I have had knowledgeable and helpful service professionals assist with questions when I called.
