Lifetime Lizenz nicht mehr gültig

Ich habe ein Lifetime Lizenz aber kann mit dem UniConverter 12 bzw. 14/15 nichts downloaden. Jedes mal ploppt ein Fenster auf um die neue Version zu "testen". Auch finde ich nichts wo man den Support anschreiben kann um das Problem zu schildern. Wofur habe ich eine Lifetime Lizenz gekauft wenn man diese nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr nutzen kann ???? Ich habe jetzt die Version aus Ihrem Link benutzt und damit funktioniert die Version wieder. Danke
