With Nothing Underneath Tracking Order Status

Excellent experience with customer service today after I forgot to put our house name on the delivery address as we have moved so it got sent back. A shirt has been sent out today next day delivery.

Really disappointed with this Devon jumper when it arrived, I was expecting so much more! The fit wasn't flattering at all - too long in the body for a boxy fit and the quality felt poor for the price. I love WNU shirts and matching sets, but I am very sorry to say that this just didn't have the same finesse. Needless to say, I returned.

I had a lovely visit to the store in London yesterday and came away with a gorgeous selection of shirts and a fabulous jumper. I had a very, very helpful conversation with Tessa today as one of the shirts had a fault (that couldn't be seen easily through the packaging) and she dealt with it very efficiently and quickly. I love their shirts, I will be back!!

The shirts are made well and fit beautifully - I will definitely be a repeat customer. All of my interactions with the support team, the team at the London store, and the folks at the NYC pop up have been wonderful. Can't recommend more highly!

What wonderful personal and responsive customer service. I cannot wait to receive my boyfriend shirt.
