Joy Tracking Order Status

We used withjoy for ur wedding and no issues at all. For a free service we were very impressed. I will say that I didn't find the app great, but the web version worked a treat to get RSVP info, and provide guests with an FAQ etc. We used a separate registry, so I can't speak to those features.

Really surprised to see the other reviews on here as we found the website a phenomenal support for our wedding and the organisation of it. It takes a few hours to set everything up, and like mentioned below it is best to use a laptop or desktop for this I think. Or was for us anyway, but once set up it was great to have everything in one place and to send all invites, info and nudges digitally and then to track replies, food intolerance etc in the database. Loved it. We didn't use the gift buying service which seems to be where there are a few challenges.

I had really great experience using withjoy app. I found it user friendly and although it had some limitations the fact that it’s free makes up for it! I didn’t use gift registry, as I was a bit worried that it didn’t have a good name for it. But for the functionality I used, it was great. Oh and really loved email feature where I was able to contact guests and emails looked really professional!

I was really put off after reading some of the reviews but pleasantly surprised when I thought I’d give it a go and setup our site. It took a couple of hours to set everything up with a bit of photo editing and writing out the schedule, travel advice etc. I’d definitely use a laptop to setup the site through the website the app is a bit more restrictive. For a wedding site, for sending invitations with RSVP management collecting food choices, FAQs etc it is perfect and looks really professional. The only negative is that like all the other sites there are charges by the payment providers to take cash out of your wedding fund - I don’t think there’s a way around that other than asking for bank transfer. But we decided it was fine as at least guests can leave a message and like any donation site it shows a list of donations. The very best think is the RSVP management and invite sending, so useful to see who’s opened the invite even if they haven’t replied. No issues with performance of the site or any issues sending emails etc so 5 stars from us 🙂

I thought I'd try withjoy because it's free, but I guess it's free for a reason. It's not a good site. Hard to use, not user friendly, etc. And I have to ask – how are they making money? Those developers don't work for free. I don't trust what they are doing with my data.
