West & Willow Tracking Order Status

I requested a background change from charcoal gray to white with everything staying the same. The gentleman said that he asked the Production team to change it w no problems. The order was a gift to my brother and his wife. When they received it, they showed me the finished product and I was so disappointed to see that the background was not changed and the rendering of their dog was not accurate. Needless to say, I am disappointed w the overall result. It's too bad b/c all the samples I've seen online have looked so nice that I really had high hopes that my gift would be just as nice.

How can you ask me to review a product I've yet to receive. Plus I never got to preview the picture before placing the order.

Very reasonable pricing and it came back looking just like the picture I sent. So excited to hang it up! Will order again soon!
