We Sell Mats Tracking Order Status

Changed from one star to five star. They reached out based on the email I sent them (not my original review here) to understand what happened and assist. They discovered the cause of the multiple pending charges (not caused by we sell mats). Placed an order (not using PayPal). Order was shipped promptly. I don't care for theshop.com platform. I've had many problems purchasing from places that use it. We sell Mats is an exception in my book, they do a great job, and the product seems very good.

I bought 52 mats online from we sell mats. I realized I needed several more as I measured for 12x16 instead of 12x18. I contacted them the next morning and Missy followed up with me to make sure my needs were met.. She was very thorough and helpful making sure that the extra mats I bought were identical and were the right fit. Great customer service. The mats arrived 4 days earlier than quoted as well. Great product. Will buy again for my next project.

I ordered four purple folding to take with me on a trip to the National Women's Martial Arts Federation annual conference in early August. I used the mats to teach my class on knife defense techniques. The mats were perfect for me to transport in my car and move into the facility. The handles are brilliant and the weight of the mats made them easy to use. Other instructors used them as well. I will be ordering more.

Extremely poor communication. Products sat waiting for USPS for days to be picked up. Status was never updated.
