Samples received promptly after initial contact. I phoned the company on a Friday, weeks later, once I'd got my decorator's dates confirmed. They were delivered on Monday afternoon as requested. Very positive delivery experience. Delivery driver was great too. Very friendly and helpful. As it was myself making the measurements, I phoned the company direct as I didn't trust my judgement on how many panels I actually needed. Spoke to Josh. What a helpful and lovely chap he was. Advised my of how many panels I would need. He was spot on. I then contacted customer services via email with a query and then realised, the query was my error. Sent a further email hoping they would see my 'please ignore my email as it was my error'. They still took the time to respond the following morning to an email sent later in the afternoon the previous day. So excellent customer services support too. Couldn't fault anything with this company/staff who I dealt with. Excellent service.

Absolutely beautiful slate tiles. They are stunning. Delivery arrived promptly but unfortunately due to the nature of the tiles some were broken. I emailed and received a prompt response from customer service. I personally would like to thank Ayesha for superb customer service. The replacement tiles arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant service.

Quality of the tiles is very good. Delivery was on time, and courier called 30 mins prior arrival. Very good service!
