Service from Vision Direct has been excellent. Very quick delivery, easy to contact on the phone and once there was an issue it was resolved quickly. Well done

Never fail to deliver fast Very happy. It is so easy to order lenses online. It is also a prompt delivery, usually the next day. Packaged well. Can't fault Vision Direct.

Quick and efficient order and delivery service hence the 5 stars. Only downside like most company's they only do offers for new customers. Been a customer for 10 years and its cheaper to buy as a new customer, quite sad really!

Unfortunately in this occasion the service is not what I expect. Order placed 14th May, since then no communication. When I check my account I see a message stating “awaiting stock”. No indication if it is contact lenses or solutions which is delayed (or both) and no proactive communication although they have took payment from my account immediately. I also note on this occasion the choices of solutions is a lot smaller with previous brands no longer available
