Putting it together

Didn’t like the fact that it came in one box in pieces and I had to try to find a neighbor to help put it together. It sat in my garage for almost 2 weeks before I could arrange for help.

Just what I wanted

Fast service, just as advertised, Customer Service was easy to contact when I had a question. They responded quickly, and then they resolved it immediately. I had bought a regular electric bike and was just too old to really ride it and enjoy it. For a couple $100 more, I can join all my friends on their bikes. It's the latest thing at all the campgrounds and we camp regularly. If you are hesitating to order from this company, don't wait. I'm a real person. Nobody made me do this review, and I'm completely satisfied.
