I’ve ordered from this company several times and I’ve never had any issues at all. However, my last order ran into a technical issue (not their fault). My support email (sent at 8pm) was answered within 15 mins by the MD, sorting the issue. In my experience an almost unheard of level of customer service these days.

Excellent customer service and support! I ordered a 60 year old Armagnac for delivery to the US but was advised by Customer services that they were not able to ship spirits. They suggested a 1962 White Port as an alternative- I knew nothing about this type of port so they explained how it was made, how it should taste and how it should be served. This was delivered within a week even allowing for a US customs hold up. The port was impressive and well received - great recommendation.
