WE ATE IN THE LONGBRIDGE MILL HOOK, LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS SUPERB. HELEN, WHO SERVED US WAS SO FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, ESPECIALLY THE DESSERTS. WHAT A LOVELY PUB! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2nd occasion I have been recently. Downloaded the app to get a free dessert. Had a special birthday meal celebrated. The offers part is offline, so cant put the meal purchase on the loyalty card. Cant use the discount offered. Asked in the bar and they staff said its nothing to do with them, they arent told anything from the business, can't do anything to help. Ordered the starter and the main. Went to get dessert and can't order the free one as didn't order on the same bill. And I knew that because? So all the offers on line are not genuine, the company don't actually want my loyalty and indeed false advertising

The food was amazing and I loved the atmosphere. The slow-cooked pork belly was delish

We come here regularly for Sunday dinner which is great and good service . Recently decided to go for dinner in the week, tried to order fillet steak 3 times now to be told they have none. ( within a 2 week period) so that’s been slightly disappointing.
