VICI Tracking Order Status

I have been shopping with Vici for a few years now. I was SO hesitant at first because I think they popped up as an ad in my Instagram feed. I had never bought from an online boutique at this point (I think they have actual locations in California), and this was the first. Love everything about Vici... my one complaint is that the daily and weekly drops will eventually bankrupt me. Their clothes are gorgeous, and they have a wide variety of styles and sizes to accommodate everyone. There were a few times when sizing didn't work for me, I can't ever get a pair of their jeans to fit right, but returns are never a problem, and customer service is responsive. A lot of people complain that refunds are store credit only, but they make it super clear in their terms, so that was something that never bothered me or took me by surprise. I actually think this makes them more lenient with returns. I decided I didn't like the way a shirt fit me probably two months or longer after purchase (didn't wear it, just tried it on). They refunded me in store credit without issue. They constantly have sales that are 20% off or more, and they often pair sales with "Vici bucks" where you get a gift card sent to you to use on a purchase. LOVE Vici, definitely give them a chance!

I have been ordering cloths from VICI for about four years and everything has been great until now. There cloths were well made and their selection was great. Since last year, who ever is choosing the cloths they now sell is horrible. Not everyone wants to buy crop tops. I use to be able to buy nice casual cloths for work but I can't do that anymore due to the type of selections they have to offer. the quality of their cloths are not the same as the last four years. Unfortunately I am forced to find somewhere else to buy most of my tops & blouses. I really like VICI and the customer service is great but they have forced me to have to find another online boutique to find cloths I can wear to work.

Although it didn’t start out as 4 stars, in the end I spoke with Angelina who was very helpful. I was able to get a refund for my items due to their system not being able to make changes to orders about 5 weeks ago.

Awesome customer service! Vanessa helped me out and was quick to respond. Vici replaced the items that got lost and damaged in transit. So thankful for such great customer service!

I recently dealt with Jennifer S. from the customer care service department. She was very helpful and quick with her response to the issue I had encountered with a wrong size being sent to me. All of the Vici clothes I ordered are made with great quality and the price point is appropriate. Will continue to shop here due to my experience.
