To be honest i was 2 years premium member and had never problems. I wanted to extend it but they only offered paysafe card i writted the support and got immidatly a report from them. So i am satisfied with them not like other that are full of scam and you can even see it in there pay "safe" methods.

Service-Wüste.

Wenn es läuft, kann man zufrieden sein. Auch mit der Geschwindigkeit der Downloads. Service ist quasi überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wollte meinen Premium-Account verlängern. Leider ist im Moment keine einzige Zahlungsmethode nutzbar. E-Mails an den Support bleiben unbeantwortet.
