Amazing company

Wowww, I had an amazing move thanks to upack services, we moved from Montreal/Canada to Orlando/Florida... I went super smooth and zero problems, they were always there to answer any questions and god knows I had a lot... they left the trailer in canada for 4 days, giving us plenty of time to load and they deliver it in orlando way before schedule which was great...we ended up needing less space that I thought and the reduced our quote price by 250$ so my total coat was 2056$ US all included... way cheaper than any other moving companies out there... I highly recommend 👌

We used a U-Pack trailer. The drop offs and pick ups were on time, the equipment was clean, everyone was courteous and professional, and there was no upsale for insurance (we did verify coverage through our insurer). We used the entire trailer, and the cost they quoted was on the penny and $1200 less than a six foot smaller truck from a well known moving company -- plus no charges for fuel and hotels and no wear and tear on us. We would absolutely use them again!

My own experience; so receiving the trailer in PR to load was not a problem and I wrote several times to deliver to Williamston, NC. Well someone took it amongst themselves to send the trailer to Raleigh, NC 1.5 hours away, where sending it to Kingston, NC .5 hour down the road would of been better. The deception came where if I wanted my things, I had to pay another 400 dollars to bring the trailer to Williamston because someone screwed up and forget about you being right. Then I get a damaged loading ramp, the driver was the only one who could make it work. The nerves of customer service telling me to rent a ramp and I will get reimbursed. Are you crazy?! I'm 62 years old and you want me to just pick up a 200 or 300lb ramp! Stupid is the stupidity that comes out of people's mouth.

Moving, especially long distance, is incredibly stressful and expensive. It's not hard to find horror stories about full service moving companies, so I did a lot of research before settling on U-Pack to handle out move. The entire process was genuinely amazing, hyperbole aside. Literally not a single hiccup. Every employee was above and beyond, from the 800 reps that helped me with my reservation to the truck drivers on both ends of the move. The price was incredibly fair and competitive, and the delivery was perfectly on time. I cannot say enough good things about U-Pack.
