i had an issue with my email not sending in Thunderbird and received excellent and detailed support from Daniel who guided me through uninstalling and installing my email account. A patient man. Thank you!

I had an issue with an action I needed to do. Knowledgable Support Person. Polite, courteous and helpful. Problem was resolved on the chat - happy.

It was quite a complicated billing problem and too difficult for me to explain properly by email even though I did try... ...but luckily Fayzhan very kindly took the initiative to call me - which was incredibly kind and helpful of him - and he was soon able to resolve it completely to my satisfaction.
