True&Co Tracking Order Status

True & Co. customer service LIES! They are totally dishonest. True & Co. sent me a bra marked Medium that was actually a Small. I know, because I have the exact same bra in another color. I contacted True & Co. as soon as I received the wrong bra size, and was promised they'd send me another one. That was ONE YEAR AGO! I've been emailing their customer service person Elisa Pasha for over a year, and every time she replies, it's with an excuse. Here's her latest excuse: "We sincerely apologize for the delay and want to assure you that we are making every effort to finalize your order as quickly as possible. At the moment, we are facing difficulties with our system related to the shipment process, which is causing these delays." Kind Regards, True & Co Support They should be called "Lies & Co." not "True" & Co. I would have preferred if they were just honest and told me there's nothing they could do. Instead, every time I get a package in the mail that I hope is from True & Co., I'm again angry. Like I said, this has been going on for over a year now! I will NEVER buy anything from them again!

Terrible customer service that you will never hear back from in either email or a phone call. I ordered a two person whitening kit through Groupon and I never received my purchase. They just truly don’t care about their customers or their business.

The fabric is super soft and smooth. I am an athlete with shoulder problems and these are three only bras I can wear all day without being in pain.

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered and item as try before you buy. They charged my card 2x for the full price. I was supposed to be charged 4.99 only until I decided if I liked it. My item has still not shipped and my emails to customer service have not been answered.
