Trend Times Toys Tracking Order Status

Trendtimes is the worst merchant I've been buying something. I purchased a very expensive item from them and it's not even a year and the electronic car is not working properly. Contacted them and submitted e-mails several times and no response as of yet and no one answers our phone calls. I don't recommend any body to purchase from them. Very irresponsible and very expensive items for the quality. No costumer service.

Love our Jeep! It was delayed because they had ran out of the model that I ordered but they made it right. They gave us a couple of options on other jeeps and ride on toys and I’m glad we decided to upgrade to the new model very impressed this thing is awesome.

I can honestly tell you that this is the best purchase I have made by far. The reviews I have read were so bad they made me stress on the whole order. My sons car took 3 weeks to get here due to some shipping delays but WORTH EVERY PENNY AND WAIT! I looked for a good Ride on car for a while and found them by accident and I'm so glad I did. Customer service was awesome and got back to me within 24 hours.

Trend times went over and above the call of duty to get the car I ordered for my niece and nephew to Canada for Christmas... which was not easy with shipping rates and box dimensions being tricky. The kids LOVED the car and when we had a little issue with some warranty parts they shipped them right away no questions asked. The car is a beautiful product and took just a bit of easy assembly to get together. We were extremely happy with it! And I would highly recommend Trend Times and their products to everyone!

Got my helicopter today and I love flying! I call it my therapy helicopter.
