Great Customer Service Placed an order in February but the product supplier never shipped out the item I pre-ordered, so Ameet who I chatted with multiple times took care of my concerns until we found a solution

The product was packaged well and in mint condition. I had a slight hiccup with my local post office giving me inaccurate tracking information, saying it was being returned to sender, so I contacted Toywiz support and Ann Marie contacted my local post office and took care of it. I got my order later that day. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I do a lot of preorders with ToyWiz. Any questions I have are answered quickly. Excellent customer service and my items are alway shipped pretty quick! One major reason I still shop with ToyWiz is the great customer service.

I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.
