TOG24 Tracking Order Status

Bought my sister a jacket from here for her birthday and she loved it. It's anti water and really warm.

I wrote a bad review of this company based on a telephone conversation with their customer service , following an issue with a refund for goods returned . I followed this up with emails to customer service and the issue has been resolved. The problem was with my bank and not TOG24. However I have only given a 3 star review because of the attitude of the customer service operator on the phone . He was quite rude and dismissive, not at all what I would expect.

I ordered the mens Garrick waterproof and windproof Parka for a trip to Iceland (I got back yesterday) The Parka was faultless, it took everything an Icelandic winter could throw at it with no issues. Low bulk is also a bonus when walking/hiking. It looks fantastic and is well made with taped seams, the finish is low noise twill type. Highly recommended.

Always purchase coats/outerwear from her for my husband and I. Products are excellent, well wearing quality, they wash fantastic too!

I have a body warmer jacket, vidar tech. It’s terrible! There is no breathability whatsoever. So after a brisk walk in low temps the jacket is always wet and I’m covered in sweat. I’m 80kg btw. I’m currently drying it out before I resume my walk. Cannot recommend and would not buy again.
