Todoist Tracking Order Status

I have been a regular user of Todoist Pro since 2018, and I have found it to be a brilliant to-do app that is easily accessible and synchronized across all my devices. It is easy to quickly input tasks, easy to quickly pull up my tasks, and the rich filtering feature enables me to see just the tasks that I need to focus on at that moment. Additionally, I love how this company constantly innovates and releases helpful new features. Finally, on the rare occasions that I have needed to reach out to Customer Support, they have been prompt to respond, professional and polite, and very helpful in resolving my issue. I highly recommend the Pro version of Todoist.

I’m so disappointed. This was the perfect app. I could edit my google calendar and list tasks and events and it would sync to Todoist and its widgets and I could tick them off as I pleased. Now they have changed it and I only get a mini breakdown on Todoist which I can’t interact with. I am aware you can use another app like Zapier to “integrate” but why on earth should I have to do that? Why fix something that isn’t broken? I would no doubt have to give Zapier my details and some sort of subscription would be asked for. Such a shame. This was the best and perfect app but such a simple thing has rendered it useless for me. (If there are any ways to get google calendar tasks/events on Todoist that are free and require no other apps, let me know please)

Windows app and Firefox app don't work - unusable level.

Great Software but they are resistant to feedback when there is an issue. I am not sure how they intend to create a high-level if usability in their software by taking such an ignorant approach to user feedback. I spent my personal time to submit a feedback ticket. For both my and their benefit. Something that is not easy to do on their site and got a reply from support telling me that the option is not available instead of actually escalating and logging the feature request, bug or issue... and perhaps maybe even a thank you for reporting the issue. I am not sure if they know what feedback actually is!?
