Love buying from Tipperary Crystal. Lots of beautiful things at very affordable prices. Having 3 daughters and 4 grandaughters in Ireland it makes it very easy to have them delivered locally instead of posting from Australia.

Delivery was a little longer than expected which was OK as I'd ordered in plenty of time. Items were fab and well packaged

I ordered teapot with 4 mugs. I got a refund no explanation. I did email no reply. I did not get mugs which were part of a gift with the teapot. I ordered 3 more teapots and teapot cozy which arrived.

The process was easy the website was clean and easy 2 go though, it came so quick and it was packed very well and safe and the product was perfect
