Ian in the Braehead store was friendly, helpful and helped me to make the most of my budget. He answered every question that I had and was really funny and made me feel comfortable. Ian is a great employee.

I was really disappointed with Thomas sabo in Selfridges with putting a wrong delivery address and two days before we getting married still we don’t have Rings but luckily Sophie and Amber in blue water save me and got me two Matching Rings and give me Prosecco and make me feel much happier. I visited the Bluewater store in search of a suitable ring. I was shown a full range of lovely products and selected my favourite one. I was treated with friendly respect by Sophie who served me. I will definitely be returning to this store. The jewellery is beautiful.

I had a really positive experience at the Cambridge store. I went in to buy a gift for my mums birthday, i was helped by Sunny, she showed me a variety of jewellery and helped me settle on a pair of really lovely earrings. I had shopped there before and had a piercing by Sunny as well and she remembered doing the ear piercing, I thought that was lovely. I also ended up buying a chain along with the earrings and am altogether very happy with the whole experience of shopping and the team at Sabo were all amazingly helpful!

Visited the shop at Cheshire Oaks on Sunday to view some rings, we were assisted by Mel who was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and Mel went out of her way to ensure that we were happy, all the staff were pleasant and very friendly.
