Advertising products they don’t have. I saw the advert of a product, I went to buy it on the website but when I couldn’t find it, I emailed them. Their answer was “ once fashion color sell out we don’t bring them back”. So don’t advertise them.

Delighted with my purchases and the service from this female owned and run company. I have ordered twice now from Thistle & Spire and am really pleased to have found this brand. I am pleased to support a female led independent business and they have not disappointed. The lingerie is well made and available in a good range of sizes and colours and they use a wide range of models on their website to show garments on women of various sizes, shapes and skin tones. I took the time to check reviews as well as study their sizing chart as I wanted to get the right fit especially as they are not UK based, and am pleased to say the fit was spot on. Each of the multiple items in my order came beautifully presented, wrapped carefully in black tissue paper, smaller items boxed, and complete with black net bag to be used for laundry or storage. The care and attention to detail were really refreshing and much appreciated. My items on both occasions were shipped using Fed-Ex and arrived quickly (actually faster than orders from companies dispatching from the UK). The first order arrived on the stated date and the second was delayed by one day, but this was during the busy pre-Christmas period and Fed-Ex gave accurate update info. I would have no reservations about recommending this brand and I will certainly order from them again in the future. For anyone who is looking for well designed, well made lingerie and is tired of all the large internet run companies that care about profit and not quality, give this company a go.
