READY Store Tracking Order Status

Please be aware, MRE cases are shipping 16 months+ from manufacture date. They should state that these are older product.

I think I’m being generous with two stars, but as we’re in the middle of a pandemic I’ll cut them as much slack as I can. Still, I placed a $1,500 order for a 3 month long term food supply in February, and when the ship date in mid March passed, I emailed them and was told the shipment would be delayed 6-7 WEEKS, but that I would receive a $100 gift card in recognition of the delay. At the very, very end of that window i received the shipment today. It was supposed to include 54 cans of 28 different items. I received 19 cans of 10 different items, which were just vegetables, fruit, coffee, crackers, milk, and eggs. How can the quality control be so bad as to leave out 35 cans of food?!? I’ll adjust the rating as I try to get this worked out, but obviously I wouldn’t do business with them again and do not recommend them. Oh, and no gift card was included in the shipment either.

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. Avoid this company! What I ordered was in stock according to their website and when the ship date passed, I emailed customer service only to find out that it was not in stock and it would be months before it was back in stock. Ya think they could've sent out an email saying the items were out of stock? The only reason that I gave two stars was customer service did respond to my email. They don't address you by name and are very blunt and direct. They don't care what you have to say.

I have two experiences shopping with The Ready Store. 1.The first time, I received no email confirmation and several weeks went by with no products shipped to me. So, four weeks after my initial purchase I called to verify my purchase and get a refund as my card had been charged immediately when I placed my order online. I received a call back from a very concern representative that took some effort to find my order and get it to me. Thank you. 2. The second order I placed on July 24th. I even took the time to register and create an account so I could track my order this time. Nope. I can sign in to my account, but there is no order in the system that reflects the purchase I made. The transaction went through my bank on 7/26. I have tried calling twice and left a message with no return call.. ???? It's now the 17th of August. How long should I wait before I call the bank and dispute the charge?

The Ready Store is likely a scam We placed an order on June 26th for meals meant for a big trip to feed a group of people. The anticipated delivery was set for July 4th. Our credit card payment went through immediately. We did not receive a confirmation email or receipt of payment. In previous complaints the Ready Store has responded that their receipts or confirmation emails are directed by google into spam folders. We received no such email, spam folder or otherwise. On July 15th, as we had still not received our package with our purchased items now 11 days overdue, I asked for an updated arrival time. At this point the ready store indicated that the product was not in stock. This came as a shock because in the screenshots I had sent to my colleague it showed that the product was in fact in stock. The ready store in the same email indicated that they had made a move to a larger warehouse and that they were busy due to natural disasters. These claims are impossible for us to confirm. I replied that we needed the product delivered before August the 4th or that we will ask for a refund. The ready store responded that we will receive our package before then. I then asked for updated arrival times and for tracking numbers of our packages. That email was 12 days ago and the ready store has never replied. We are now faced with purchasing MRE's from a different provider with a rushed shipment and little hope for a refund. I will be asking my bank to cancel the payment and reporting the Ready Store for fraud. I do not recommend using this company. They have been unresponsive, irresponsible, and unaccountable for their actions. These are not the cornerstones of good business. All this being said, again, I recommend that you use any other provider you can. *Update* I was able to receive a full refund after posting this and one other review. Adding one star.
