The INKEY List Tracking Order Status

I have now been using the products for a couple of weeks and can see a huge difference in my skin, it looks fresher and more even. I would recommend The Inkey List

The products I purchased work superbly with my skin. I recently had a little problem with a product that was open upon arrival but the customer service agent who assisted me was awesome. I believe her name was Sandra.

I received my order yesterday of the oat cleansing balm, fulvic acid cleanser, pha Toner, omega water cream, and polyglutamic acid sunscreen. Unfortunately the pha Toner box had been torn open and the product leaked. I emailed customer service last night, and they have already shipped out a replacement this morning and asked for a batch number so they can check the others! Incredible customer service, and the products I was able to use last night and today felt amazing on my skin!

The people who worked with me were very helpful and responsive. It was a very pleasant surprise that they replaced my order. I love the Inkey List products and will continue to purchase and use them. Thank you
