Comfy shoes, really roomy and padded. Excellent customer service, returned emails promptly and offered alternatives she one pair was too small. All in all great service.

The shoes are great and the customer service is also fab. Had to exchange my shoes for a different size and the customer service team did this quickly and efficiently.

Again the shoes won't fit with my ankle foot brace I doubt if even a size 15 extra wide would solve the problem. Only my sandals fit ok

Order 2 pairs of trainers, going by the reviews I went a size smaller but unfortunately they were both too small. Fitville were brilliant with their communication and offered me replacement pairs at a bigger size for a reduced price. The only issue was 3 of the pairs came from China so delivery was a little longer than expected but still not too bad, around 10 days in total. The shoes are great, well made and comfortable.
