TFNC Tracking Order Status

I was apprehensive about ordering my bridesmaids dresses having read some of the reviews on here. However I decided to take a chance and I’m glad I did. I contacted customer services following making an error when placing my order and I had a prompt response. The dresses arrived quickly, I was happy with the quality and the colour of the dresses were the same as online. 2 of the dresses needed to be returned. It states returns can take up to 4 weeks. The dresses were received within 4 days following the return and 8 days after that I had an email to say the refund was processed and could see it pending in my account

I emailed the company with some questions before i made some orders and i must say they got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Very informative and reassuring.

I didn’t end up keeping the products as they weren’t to my bridesmaids taste, but the delivery was quick and the returns simple. There was an issue with the receipt of my return but was quickly and efficiently sorted out after an email to the customer service team which was appreciated. I would recommend TFNC!
