Tempur-Pedic Tracking Order Status

Buyer beware expensive product pushed by sales people not worth the price not provides what it claims to provide I wrote Tempurpedic on their warranty claim site that my 5 year old Tempurpedic mattress (10 year warranty) ...”lost its support and sags when I sleep in it with body heat, causing severe back pain...” I also sent them the 5 required pictures (one attached) and wrote them that since sleeping in one of my kids older Casper mattress or a Garland Plush, the back pain is gone. They declined the claim via email saying...” we cannot approve your claim at this time...Our warranty covers indentations of the mattress that measure 3/4" or greater…”, totally disregarding my mentioning that the mattress sinks with body heat. This is a common complaint on the Internet reviews. Here is my answer/review of their response and mattress: “...The indentation when cold may be less than 3/4", but with body heat, it sinks. This despite rotating the mattress every 60 days (required). I am sure this is not new information to your company. Nonetheless, I expected this response based on Tempurpedic reviews on the Internet.” I continued: “...I will certainly place my own honest, unfortunately negative (with a picture),review as well. Not because I am disappointed, but because I honestly think that people should know that Tempurpedic isn't worth the price, nor it provides what it claims to provide…. Finally, I am not sure how your staff can reach the conclusion that the mattress isn't sinking 3/4" from a picture with shadows taken from an angle above the mattress...”

I have owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress for many, many years. The mattress is too firm, so I have had two different mattress toppers on it over the years. I needed a new topper, so I purchased a new topper from Tempur-Pedic. Along with the new topper, I received a new pillow from the company. Previously, I had purchased two very expensive pillows from Tempur-Pedic but did not like them, so I was not very optimistic about a free pillow. However, I am now a believer. I think my new Tempur-Pedic pillow is the best I have ever owned, and I have owned a lot of pillows. I have had at least 5 cervical surgeries, so the right pillow is essential. I am thrilled with the pillow I received from TP! I just put the new topper on my bed today, and I am thrilled about it, too. What a difference it will make for my lower back (two lumbar fusions) and my hips (one hip replacement and another needed). I look forward to many nights of restful sleep. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!

Last year I ordered the tempur pedic adapt cloud + cool backing pillow from mattress firm last year cause it was the right feel I was looking for when I tested it in the store and that pillow is Great and I sleep on it every night. RECENTLY I ordered that same pillow to match the other one and did not nearly have as much material inside of it and went flat. They confirmed that they did not change the formula for the pillow. It was complicated doing the warranty claim but the manager Glenda was nice and helped out and the other employees were as well because they sent out a new pillow so that was good. Unfortunately shipping wasn't paid for so I had to pay $18. This pillow replacement that they sent me was a little better but still not how it should be it should have more material in it. It's very strange, not sure if tempur pedic is trying to save on materials or what but this is ridiculous. I will not be using tempur pedic In the future unfortunately since I can't trust them anymore and this was an exhausting experience. 2 stars because I still haven't gotten the quality pillow I paid for it's not the same, I had to pay for shipping and the process for replacement was a little too difficult in my opinion. It wasn't rated one star because the customer service was good and they did end up sending me a new pillow even though it still wasn't made right.

Tempur pillow is the best for my neck pain. Great quality although expensive but you get what you pay for!

This gets two stars instead of one because the product is awesome. However, they double charged us two months ago and have yet to resolve the issue with a refund. Would love to give a 5 star review if this were to get resolved.
