Ordered a 10 month subscription for the Future Inventors Club back in December for my daughters main Christmas gift. The first 2 boxes were great! Then they stopped communicating and the boxes stopped coming. Not even one email explaining delays/problems or replies to my queries. This is a LOT of money for me to lose and I have a very disappointed 11yr old :(

Bought a synth kit, it didn't work. As requested sent a photo in, got a reply but after that silence. Not a word. I emailed then three times. Nothing. Submitted another ticket. Nothing. Very disappointing. UPDATE: this was disappointing, but they have got back to me. The current crisis has made life difficult for everyone and we do all need to be understanding. They've been short-staffed. Refund and replacement on its way. Can't fault that for service. Very happy with them.

27 January Update: The company has now sent me a fully functioning Coder and I have a happy 8 year old. I’m upping the rating but still frustrated by the length of time to resolve this issue. Original review: Ordered the Arcade Coder on 26 Dec 2020 and received on 31 Dec 2020. Immediately identified that it was not working correctly (it was not updating as it couldn’t connect to the server). I raised a ticket on 2 Jan 2021 but did not receive a response. Tried to raise 3 more tickets but they would let me send them (the reCaptha did not work on my iPhone or iPad and I had to move to a computer to raise the issue). On the final attempt, after using a computer, to raise a ticket it was successful. I received an email response on 4 Jan 2021 acknowledging receipt of my final attempt and that the issue had been passed onto the technical team. I provided all the requested information, as per the instructions. I then heard nothing from Tech Will Save Us and I wrote follow-up emails on the 6 Jan 2021 and 8 Jan 2021. I still have no reply or solution (the FAQs are fairly light and don’t cover this problem) and an Arcade Coder that still doesn’t work. Naturally disappointed as the Coder is expensive and it is a missed opportunity.

Customer service is good. Have not tried the product yet. It is a Christmas present

Excellent customer service. Quick responses (even on weekend) polite answers and quick action to resolve any issues. I found prices bit high initially, then realised the support they provide is worth it.
