The experience I had was different than anyone I’ve had. I was asking a lot of questions because I did not understand a lot of things about the preparing, but they were able to answer all questions and made me feel comfortable about the decision in using them.

I like the convince of being led step by step though the process. Since I'm a return user, my information from last year was retained, speeding up the process. When I didn't understand a form, there was a box to click that would explain the form. At the end the review process made sure I did not miss anything. To be truthful, the extra charge for the state return surprised me, and the price being more than the federal. I still think Taxslayer is a great value and my return looks really professional.
