The customer service from this business was outstanding. I ordered the a bond and some lashes and unfortunately the glue was faulty. I contacted customer service and they got back to me instantly and have said they will send me a new one out. Both girls I spoke to were so polite, professional and just really lovely. The customer service from this business is impeccable. I ordered the invsilash treat box and unfortunately the glue was faulty.. I contacted customer service and they got back to me and sent me a brand new one all in the same day and it got delivered the next day. I have never ever had problems with their products before they are very good quality,worth their money… they have changed my lash game for life, it was just batch issue which happens… regardless any problems you may come across the customer service team will 100% help you without having to jump through hoops. I’ve just received my certificate today for the classic lash course online . I can’t stress enough how much I’ve enjoyed this course so much and help is given whenever needed . The course is really simple to follow and you can rewatch the videos for guidance as many times as you’d like !. Thankyou to Sean senior and Caitlin Alvis. I’m now fully qualified wohooo !.
