Nice guy. Communicated appointment and arrival times well. Did good job putting furniture together in 1 hr or less (when it took my friend and I longer just to put a table together.) When one item was broken, he told me exactly how to go back and easily exchange it and then had me watch as he showed me how to put the same item easily together despite the picture pages. I feel like I can do it.
