T2 Tea Tracking Order Status

My tea strainer broke recently for a mug I love from T2. I bought it over a year ago but contacted them and asked them if there was anything they could do. The looked for one that would fit the mug but couldn't so sent me a different mug with similar strainer . Amazing customer service . So I now have my Sydney mug and a new Melbourne mug to use ! Australia to Scotland ! Thank you t2 tea. Amazing 😍😍

The options that are seen are great but the fact that you can't have samples in store anymore for certain teas makes it less appealing.

I ordered a couple of teapots and cups from T2 and the order came within a week - I live in the UK so I'd say that's quite fast! One item was not the one I ordered, so I contacted customer service, who got back to me right away and shipped the right item. One week later, I have it all. I thought I'd give a review as there are so many bad ones..I for one am impressed
