Well use this company for years no problem getting my orders always got my stuff 1/2 days no problem Now they decided to use a different courier company, Amazon, shipping terrible not goin to get my order to Friday now was ordered on Monday when you need pond treatments waiting a week no good have to start looking for someone more reliable shame cus never had a problem with swell to now Evan offer a paid delivery service with Dpd or dhl Royal Mail yodal your goin to have nothing but problems with Amazon shipping takes so long to get stuff

Fast delivery, there was a small issue with my order emailed customer services on the Sunday night, Mollie replied first thing Monday morning and sorted the issue out straight away. Dealt via email with Mollie at Swell customer services. We had purchased a pond liner 3 years ago which was now leaking. After up loading photos of the pond she replaced the liner. No problems at all. Thank you
