Sutra Beauty Tracking Order Status

A friend of mine worked a Premier Hair show as a rep for Sutra and has yet to be paid for her time and talent. They owe her $800 and refuse to respond. Beware of working trade shows for them!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would the worst ever , did not even last for 2 weeks poor customer service , dryer is not working contacted their customer service nlthing

I ordered the heating brush. The product was useless for curly hair. I tried to return it , and had to email them multiple times for them to send me return label. Then they did not refund until i sent them rem9inder emails, and also refunded only $79 when the product was $109. This is pure scam. Be careful before you buy their products

Don’t purchase unless you will keep it for sure. I just returned one of their products. I used it once to just try it. And when I returned it they didn’t refund the full amount. Kept $30 for no reason. Saying it wasn’t unused. How was I supposed to see if the product worked for me? So expensive and then you don’t get full refund.

I bought a sutra hair dryer and after few months has become noisy, took it back to the wholesaler and after a couple of weeks I got a new one which after few months did exactly the same, actually even worse, front end melted and you can clearly see the sparks coming out.
