SuperShuttle Tracking Order Status

I booked a return service JFK to NYC. They pick me up on JFK with an important delay (they said that a first driver was looking for me but I did not see him, it's possible) but they refund me the trip even as I did not ask for. Return trip NYC to JFK was absolutely punctual, just in the minute it was planned.

I had a really good experience with SuperShuttle. The pick-up at the airport was smooth - you either check-in on your phone or speak to a member of staff who then notifies the company you've arrived. You are then matched to the next available shuttle and staff will guide you and your co-passengers to the vehicle. I booked my return trip with plenty of time to get to the airport so that a delay wouldn't be a problem. Good call, since traffic was terrible! You share the shuttle with other passengers so don't expect to be the only one. It will take some time to get around to everyone's hotels. That's why they offer such a good price. I would definitely recommend this service. BUT: if you're the kind of person who is very optimistic with time and like to cut things pretty close, I would probably advise you to go with another option. This shuttle could run for over 2 hours if traffic is bad and you're the first pick-up.

Moderate prices, friendly drivers and VERY punctual!

I've used SuperShuttle several times for rides to and from the airport and concerts. I always request the same driver, and the service has been excellent each time. Our driver would always meet us at the baggage claim and help carry our luggage to his vehicle. And the phone operators are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them if you don't feel like dealing with the hassle of driving to and from the airport or stadium and paying for parking.

I used the Super Shuttle for a group of 4 from the JAX airport. I cannot speak to the group shuttles because we had enough people that a private shuttle made sense. The website booking was easy to make and their text updates and alerts once we got to the airport made it super easy to connect with the dispatch and get assigned a driver. I also liked that there was a real person at the pickup booth in case I had any questions. On top of all that, our driver was friendly, accommodating and professional. A great experience overall.
