SumUp Tracking Order Status

I had a mixed experience with SumUp. Initially, I faced issues with my account; it took a while to get sorted out, and I felt the customer service was lacking as they needed a lot of documentation without clear instructions. On the brighter side, the service improved after a personal visit from their team member, who was very helpful and improved our setup. There are still some issues, like the pin number not working and waiting for technical support, but I hope these will be resolved soon. Overall, it's a decent service but has room for improvement.

Banque serieuse, les frais sont clairs et bien expliqués ! Les frais sont legerements superieurs à ses concurents mais au moins il n'y a pas de frais ou d'engagement caché dans le contrat et le service client est trés reactif
