I send an email to get my E-Tickets , for the tow passengers and so far no responds

If you need to change your tickets, they will charge you an arm and a leg. I made the mistake of buying Emirates tickets through them for my parents. We had to change the tickets 2 times for medical reasons and paid around $800-$900 in total. It was definitely not worth the slight savings in using StudentUniverse over purchasing directly from Emirates. Edit: note that there was little to no difference in ticket prices between the changed flights.

I have booked tickets but cannot tell what my baggage allowance is from the info they have sent me. They refer me to the airline. The airline says it is printed on the ticket. SU have not sent the tickets so I’m going round in circles. Emails go unanswered and you cannot phone them. What do I do? Wait until I get to the airport and get charged a firtune for excess baggage?

For a hassle-free experience, my recommendation is to book directly with the specific company you’re planning to use. However, if you’re looking to save some cash and don’t anticipate any changes or cancellations, going with a third-party website can score you significant discounts. Remember to compare prices; sometimes, third-party platforms offer better deals.

I had booked a flight through them after being skeptical for weeks, and checked a few days later to see that the prices dropped substantially on a MUCH better flight. Called them up and within 15 minutes they had changed my itinerary to the cheaper flight and refunded me the difference. Quite literally 1/4 of the price of booking through the airline directly. Insane.
