Straight Talk Is The Best Phone Service Provider In My Opinion, Very Reasonable Priced, I Get Service

Trying for 2 and a half years to get sons phone a different service and straight talk knowingly mis informed us over 30 times and still holding our kids phone hostage. They will not unlock phone as so we can get a new service. Constantly lied to us and took advantage of us not being truly informed that they never unlock it. I would shoot myself before I ever recommend this shady , non speaking English, hostage phone holding, rip-off company. I hate straight talk. Sincerely!

I had a 30 day activation card that I bought with my new phone. I kept my old number but it cost me my 30 day activation card. They said its company policy. What a crock.

For the most part there good about everything There's only one thing they do that I don't understand they telle I'm getting close to my limit.I Pay For Unlimited Talk And Text so I'm going to use what I need to some months I don't even come closed

Straight Talk is horrible when trying to work with their customer service. Answer a question clearly and get asked the same thing another two times.Their service is expensive compared to other companies. They are all foreigners and talk like they have marbles in their mouths and brains.
