Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery Tracking Order Status

My mum and I came to Stonehouse for a carvery today. I ordered normal carvery and my mum wanted child's but was refused. Bare in mind my mum had a weight loss operation to reduce her weight which has been a great success. My mum has only 20% off her stomach and can't eat very much. My mum has a card explaining the treatment. I just ask the owners off the franchise please look at there policies to do with this as my mum and myself nearly left to go elsewhere. It's getting very popular the weight loss Surgery places like this need to look at this and change so they are not discriminating. The manager was very kind and agreed to our request. The Goat in Shepperton... Super Sunday Carvery, have been a good few times now, never any complaints, fantastic value for money.

Excellent service and food. Really enjoyable evening at crosspool sheffield. Served by Dylan who was so patient with us. 11 at the table split into 4 bills. He couldn't do enough for us.

I booked a table for 3pm and it took 14mins to be seen and a further 15mins waiting pay to pay and get the carvery tickets having been told that all the men at the bar were before me. I am in my 70's, registered disabled and carrying a walking stick so I had to go and find a chair and wait.Then he started serving those had just arrived at the bar. I had to ask another staff member to take my money to get the carvery tickets. To add insult to injury the food from the carvery was barely lukewarm.

Copperfield Gravesend Carvery. For the price can't really fault it £7.99 for carvery. All was hot and good apart from green beans which were mush. Ordered via app, drinks and ticket arrived within minutes.Good value and fast recommended
