Last Stitch Fix Reviews from Trustpilot

I’ve been receiving Stitchfix for prob 7 yrs. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: it is easy and free to send back items you don’t want. Customer service is good and they are usually quick to respond and very helpful. Cons: I feel like the “personal stylists” are either some guy in the warehouse or a robot. I have given them very specific instructions on what I want and then I get random items (occ they send one thing I requested). They ask you to mark your fav things on their app but you rarely get them. There is an option to buy clothing separate from your box and it seems that this is what they are trying to get you to do. I have inquired several times as to why they ask me to show my favorites and then I don’t get them. The answer is because they are not guaranteed to have that exact item in stock. In short, if you want a particular item you need to outright buy it (separate from your box). So what it seems to me is this: they’ll send you whatever Joe in the warehouse throws in your box, but if you really want something you have to purchase it separately. In my opinion, why am I going to send back 4 out of 5 items when I’ve told them what I really want? SO… bottom line: I keep the subscription because they do occ send things I like, it’s just not things I requested. On any given month I may keep anything from zero to all five pieces (avg usually 2 or 3 pieces). So they do send some cool clothing and the process for sending back is EASY. Otherwise I would have cancelled long ago. So for me it’s an easy and convenient way to shop. If I like what they send I kept it, if not I send it back. Once I got used to this way of looking at it (instead of expecting to get what I actually asked for) it became a pleasant experience. One thing I will say: they get the sizes right. So be sure to put your sizes in so Joe in the warehouse will go to the right size bins. 😀. If you can look at the way I do you will be very happy.

At first it was a little rough but once I built a Pinterest board it got better. It was the only way I found cute and comfortable clothes for maternity. I’ve been using Stitch Fix for about 5 years now and don’t get boxes as often now that I have built a good wardrobe. I even started getting occasional boxes for my daughter. My advice if it doesn’t work as well at first is make the Pinterest board, take the clothing quizzes (thumbs up/down), and always make a note for the stylist.

Customer service is alive and well! I have used Stitch Fix on and off for years. Lately I’ve used their freestyle feature which is a great option. Whenever I have contacted their support team I have never been disappointed. Yesterday I emailed them with a simple question and not only did they reply within hours, they answered my question, offered extra tips and provided a credit/refund! I was truly just asking a question out of curiosity and was not trying to get something for nothing. I am very pleased with their customer service and their line of clothing. They seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

I signed up and did the whole process and they shipped my first box. It never showed up... Then we went through the whole process of emails and filing with the tracking/ shipping company. Stitch fix refunded my $20 hold. They shipped me another box of clothes and IT DID NOT arrive to my door. This time they attached a picture of it on a porch. NOT MY porch. Also we have home security cameras and i can prove that the packages never arrived to me. So at this point there is obviously a problem with the shipping company, right? Well then I get an email from a "supervisor" informing me that to date they have shipped me 10 items that i have not paid for and he is closing my account. I had already asked them at this point to not send me anything else until they could figure out what is happening with the shipping. They accused me of basically stealing when i was trying to help and told them I could prove i never received anything from them. Very unprofessional.

I seriously do not understand the negative reviews and question the legitimacy of them because they don't make sense. I've been doing Stitch Fix for 6 years and have not had anything but positive experiences. The first couple boxes were not excellent but my stylist and myself were still learning what I liked, but they've been great since! They always listen to what I ask for and personalize my box and explain their choices in the note. Most recently I asked for business casual clothes for my postpartum body and they did great choosing pieces I fell confident and comfortable in. I've had a couple pieces break/rip in the past and was very easily able to exchange them. They're not fraudulent nor a scam. That's ridiculous.
