Statik (US) Tracking Order Status

I'm a satisfied and repeat Statik customer and this time there was a mix up with my order. Victor from the Customer Support team was fantastic in helping me resolve the issue swiftly and professionally. A good product is made a great one when the people who sell them, provide this level of customer experience. That's why I'll continue to be a Statik customer.

Great product and customer service. Even though there were some issues on product being short delivered, Caio was quick to respond to my queries and assisted in getting my problem resolved.

I purchased the magnetic cable recently and found it wasn’t charging my iPad Pro unless I unplugged the tip connected it to the magnetic cable and then plugged it back in again. That was a bit of a waste of time and defeats the object of buying these cables. I’m not sure whether the magnetic pro would work better. I would have given a lower star rating but the company gave me a full refund, it’s disappointing though. My wife tell me it didn’t charge her iPhone 7 last night.
