Vasil did a great job solving the problem

I needed to change my main domain name to one of the sub domains. Not feeling very confident about doing this correctly, I reached out to the support team. Ketul Patel was very helpful in working out what I wanted done, and then carrying out the changes quickly and accurately. Over the years, of using Stablehost, I have had other smaller changes solved with similar results. My experiences with Stablehost over the years leads me to highly recommend them.

I'm moderately tech literate, but not so well versed that trying to move my website and e-mails from one server to another didn't come with problems. I had to reach out to support a number of times. Depending on the problem the support ranged a bit. Sometimes it was a bit frustrating being told things like "You've done it wrong" without explaining what I've done wrong, or repeating instructions that I needed more detail/clarity on. Other times it was straight and to the point and they helped me fix the problem. The latest interaction was with Vasil, who helped solve an issue with my nameservers. He did so quickly and effectively, and importantly I didn't have to wait forever to get in touch with him. Great interaction. Overall I'd recommend stablehost to people. It's great value and the support is quick to assist.
