Squarespace Tracking Order Status

Support was fine a few times to extend free trial but one person "Ed" was very rude and didn't want to even look at their "embed" block as they don't support it as it's custom code, however an iframe wouldn't even show their own website after saving the page (it was working in edit mode but not when the page was saved)

My website, though it looks good, is not as functional as it should be as there are many glitches. I have been a customer for many years and now my website is suffering because the template is not up to scratch, but changing templates is a very arduous task- it should be streamlined. Square Space Support is absolutely dismal, for such an expensive product, they should be ashamed. Their website claims "Live chat support is available in Australia and New Zealand from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST Monday-Friday." however it is never available. I feel like I am an idiot for continuing to pay for such poor customer experience, however I feel locked in now as I cannot afford for my website to be down.

If anything goes wrong with the site, or there is trouble with a template you can forget getting any help at all from SS. They just say read up on it, here's some links. They have no interest in finding a glitch on their end, the only thing they get excited about is the Super Bowl ads the run. I have been with them for years and the service is just poor. Bottom line.

I have been using the platform for my website for over year now, with the additional functions for businesses. Scheduling is great and works flawlessly! I find the design clean and modern and making adjustments to pages is super straightforward. The new version was a step backward in my opinion—migrating all pages to the new system was a nightmare for me and caused more problems than it was worth. I'm staying with legacy sections for as long as possible, and hope they don't force the new system anytime soon. Their support, however, is lacking. I had an issue and couldn't find any way to ask my question properly. I found their flow-system to get support confusing to say the least (too many categories which were not relevant to my question). Eventually, the system gave me no solutions to my issue. Custom support is non-existent. I tried their support forum, but was told that I needed to contact the developers, which I found to be literally impossible. Great system, very lackluster support.
