SpotHero Tracking Order Status

Trust pilot can you please make the correction because for some reason your site listed this experience incorrectly.. I just want to say without SpotHero help I would have never made it to my destination. On 10/8/23 I volunteered for my parish to work the Chicago Marathon and from being streets blocked off almost everywhere, spectatiors, 49,000 runners from all around the world and me losing valuable time to get to my assigned my spot which was for 10:30am at the first finish line. I was having a difficult time getting to the parking garage that I schedued on your website. I contacted them to navigate me. Well the gentlemen representive was AWESOME and did an EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING job assisting me. He was able to navigate me in real time. He actually stayed on the phone for 45 mins and he even sent me a link but I explained how crazy it was and couldn't open so he hung right on in their and guided me and even told me what the address was and a few descriptions on what to look for. I was very please with his outsanding. I used Spot Hero in the pass and you never failed me and I told others my situation on Sunday and theiyre they're going to start using Spot hero as well. Thank you.

This wasn't my first experience with SpotHero but definitely my last now. The iPark garage where my spot was reserved damaged my car and is refusing any communication in regard to the claim I submitted. I've used other parking apps for years without an issue and I've parked in NYC garages for over 20 years...never a scratch or a ding. The attendant who brought my car was so incompetent and shady that he walked over with a wet rag intending to wipe the "dirt" off my car after I pointed out the damage. Both my passenger side doors are scratched up with obvious smudges of white paint from whatever he hit. The location and large size of the scrapes indicate he hit something when he parked my car and again when he brought it out. The entire time I was filling out the claim form he stood behind me complaining he was going to get in trouble. The iPark claims department is refusing to process the claim or return any of my numerous calls and voicemails. If you want your car returned to you as you left it don't use SpotHero...or iPark. I gave one star for the ease of using the SpotHero app and booking process. The customer reps are nice on the phone but have no power to influence the garage in any way.

I needed to change a parking reservation for a very busy upcoming weekend...San Francisco Fleet Week and Air Show. We switched vehicles to accommodate the size of our group, and the second/replacement vehicle was bigger than the one booked originally. I reached Sarah at the help desk--sorry, it was also near the end of the day...ugh--listened and made the process easy. Subsequent emails from SpotHero verified that the changes were made accurately. Hoorah! Great job, Sarah!!!

Our group of two cars ran into a problem at the parking garage, where the proprietor overcharged us. I was particularly upset because these were friends visiting the US from Germany, and it was my German friend who had succeeded in reserving the parking. I hadn't wanted him to pay for this in the first place! So when this overcharging occurred, I was doubly upset. It took a while for someone to really understand what had happened to us--and in the end, it seems to be a flaw at the particular parking garage--although the proprietor there said that Spot Hero would refund us the difference if we overpaid. Not only did Spot Hero refund the overcharge--they refunded the entire payment for the one car. I am much more than satisfied that they honored their agreement! They did not have to really have to go so far as to return the entire payment--but that they did shows that their word is good, and I am filled with gratitude--by this gesture and the willingness to right a wrong that occurred for reasons beyond their control. Spot Hero performed honorably in an otherwise disturbing end to an amazing visit that my friends from Germany had in the US!

Booked through spot hero. Gives a review rating for where you reserve, but impossible to read the reviews , even in the app. I had a bad experience in one of the parking garages offered. We were trapped for 35 minutes due to the bars not opening at the exit before an attendant finally decided to just leave the bar open to get out. I know this is not spot Heroes fault, but they make it impossible to even write a review so others can escape using that horrible parking garage. It makes me wonder how they’re getting their review stars for the different parking areas offered.
