Sportsmith Tracking Order Status

The pedals of my Spinner NXT vere becoming very noisy. The tech department helped me understanding the issue and identifying the parts I needed. Package arrived in three days. While I was replacing the parts I realized the bottom braket’s bearing were stuck inside the frame. I called them again and they helped me finding a solution. My Spinner is now brand new! I’d definitely recommend Sportsmith. Thank you!

She took time to respond to my concern, and helped process a reimbursement for the package that was never delivered by the USPS. I was frustrated with the USPS as I filed a missing package claim, and they responded to my claim by suggesting to file another claim. Sportsmith makes people feel valued and I would strongly recommend Sportsmith to any customers looking for fitness equipment.
