A Sight For Sport Eyes Tracking Order Status

I was only cautiously optimistic when I heard about you from a fellow on a ski lift at Gore Mt., NY; but I ordered the Rx goggle insert based on this guy's recommendation. I just tried it out in Colorado, and it worked much better than I had hoped! Thank you!

I ordered a pair of swim goggles with prescription inserts. The prescription inserts were correct for my eyes. The swim goggles, however, were a poor design, and I could not get them to work. They either leaked (when loosened) or fogged up (when tightened) so much that they were useless. I got several squirrelly replies to my complaints, suggesting that it must be my bone structure that was the problem and that I could try sending the goggles back, but they would determine just how much of a refund I could get based on their assessment of how pristine the goggles were. They also mentioned that they couldn't be more accommodating because they are a three person company without many resources. I don't consider that a good excuse for poor customer service.

The company was so helpful! When my goggles broke a week before my vacation, they sent me a loaner pair because my new ones wouldn’t make it on time. I really appreciate all the help, you made my vacation even better!

I changed my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star because it was my fault that I over looked in the small print that my order could take 30 days. 11/28/24 I confirmed my lens details, so I would imagine 12/28/24 is my 30ish day mark. Depending on when I receive my order, I will either add a star or take away. I am trying to be fair with my review.

First of all, the product I bought is fabulous and the prescription lens’s are perfect. The phone customer service was great as well. I also appreciated the fast delivery service for the lenses. The only thing I had trouble with was navigating the website as I found it hard to find accessories like the leases for goggles etc. I thought I could buy them on your website but I ended up going to another company to order the product. I also had to call in to get a receipt for the lenses because it wasn’t emailed. I think that is important to have a statement directly from the lens's company to ensure that the order was placed after payment.
