Soludos Tracking Order Status

The shoes were delivered in a timely fashion. They were exactly as described, ran true to size, an adorable coral color and are super comfortable.

I like your product, but I had to wait 3 months for an exchange!

I ordered in stock shoes in early December. As of 9th February they still have not shipped due to warehouse issues. I have requested a refund but it has not been fulfilled. The customer support team is very responsive and as a previous soludos owner, their shoes are good (hence 2 star rating). But advertised items in stock with fairly quick shipping time, induces someone to purchase them. Two months and nothing being shipped is far beyond acceptable, and warehouse issues aren’t the fault of the customer who paid up in good faith.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from you back in November and still haven’t received my product or a refund. Used to love your shoes, but it’s not worth it for this type of service

Order#768200 First it was the delays and now they ship my order to a different location. I’ve writing emails for the couples of days and haven’t received an answer since. I really want this problem to be fixed and to send the shoes, but if not im asking for a refund. Please help!
