Soinyou Tracking Order Status

Put an order in July 2023 and it's now November 2023 and still haven't received my order. Constantly emailing them and get the response of "please be patient we will resent your order." Have requested a refund but have not received a refund to date.

Delivery is a problem. For the price everything was great to outstanding. Everything fit, the sweater was not what I thought but will do for some cool nights. Shirts fit just as I expected. I have ordered from China before so I knew what size to get. There was nothing in the order that I can complain about. The coveralls were way to long but I am 5'7", other than that they fit great. For all the negative I saw on line, if I had to rate the company I would say somewhere above 93% The negative is the shipping, if not for that 99% I Did Not Get The Package. The Shipping Address Is My Home. I Did Not Get This. In The United States If A Package Comes Into The Post Office It Is Sorted And Then Delivered. The Post Office Records What Comes In And The Post Office Cannot Find Any Package. If You Cannot Replace The Items ( I Prefer This} But If Not I Request You Send Me A Full Refund. If You Cannot Deliver Them To My Shipping Address That Is On The Order There Is A Problem That You Must Fix Delivered I waited while they searched.Item was NOT delivered successfully to the addressee. I got nothing and my address is on the package. You did not tell me the package had even shipped. So the only way I knew was when I contacted you. kGeneral explanation: Under most circumstances, the delivered status indicates that the carrier has delivered this package successfully. If the addressee didn't receive it, we'd advise you to contact the package sender or shipping carrier for clarification. YOU you hired the carrier not me.

OK I read alot of bad reviews . My experience is completely different I got exactly what I ordered in the time frame specified. The quality was what I expected due to the low cost. I only spent £23 on a pair of pegged trousers compared to the usual £90 I didn't expect the same quality but was presently surprised. Material if thinner that all cut is good and style excellent. The knitted jumper was thinner but again I didn't spend much on it. Before leaving bad reviews think of how much you are spending if you want a £90 pair of trousers then spending £90. I'll definitely use soinyou again very soon and yes I am rockabilly and know what I'm talking about. Stop moaning.

3 star because it was delivered - for the price I actually think they are delivering something "comparative" to the images they show.. however, it's not quite "genuine" - The effort and time to actually manufacture the product should be commended at the price point. but the business requires real investment to close the gap between marketing and customer expectation.

I ordered a pair of, what was advertised as sixteen ounce denim pants.... What I got was a paper thin pair of 100 percent Synthetic pants. Stretchy, cheap and definately not cotton or denim. I do not recommend this company. Also, they are blue and white. They are supposed to be Black and white. Weak.
