Sock Fancy Tracking Order Status

They sent me the wrong size and when I emailed customer support to try and reconcile it they never got back to me.

I ordered socks for my husband for Father's Day with pictures of our dogs. When I received them, the socks were two different lengths. I asked for a corrected pair. After several months and emails I was asked if I still wanted them and I said I did. However, a week later I was issued a refund. The entire process from order to refund was approximately three months.

I first learned about SockFancy through work. Since adopting my rescue dog 3 years ago, I've leapt at every opportunity to get custom artwork, keychains, etc. of Darby. Whoever thought of printing your pet photos to a pair of socks was genius (and I don't actually wear socks that often myself)! I liked the idea so much I bought a matching pair for my mom (who DOES in fact wear socks often). Thank you for bringing a little more joy into my family's life!

The socks are perfectly fine. The one thing I don't like is how long it takes between when I place an order and when I receive the order. I can't imagine why it would take 4 weeks to get an order. It takes no more than 7 days to get a Bombas order. The long wait will make me think twice before I order from Sock Fancy again.

The socks are fun and affordable and good quality. Some can be a tad thinner than I would prefer, but overall they're awesome. I'd recommend SockFancy to anyone!
